８月１日、八朔の日。一年に一度の特別な日に、神宮での奉納演奏をもって、正式に演奏活動を再開いたしました。
演奏することは祈ることでもあるのだと、あらためて気づいた昨年末。そして今年は終戦から８０年。この年のこの時にこの場所で演奏するお話を頂き、それが同時に私自身の再出発の良き節目となったことを、とても意味深く感じています。朝早くから外宮にぎわい会の皆様と一緒にお神楽と参拝にも参加させて頂いたら、神馬さんにも出会えて、幸運な１日の始まりでした。
ご奉納は19時から。日本と世界が平和でありますようにとの祈りを込めて、ハープの演奏を奉納させて頂き、最後の１曲はめぐみさんの素晴らしい歌とともにバッハ＝グノーのアベマリアで締めくくりました。この日の演奏を終えて、不思議と自分の中で何かが大きく変わったような気がしています。
「今は無理して歌わなくてもいい、自分を整えたらすべてが変わるから」と言われ、とにかく一旦全てをゼロにして、自分ととことん向き合って来たこの２年間。苦しかったけれど、そのおかげで今があります。新しい始まりの日
神様へのご奉納と同時に、多少なりとも故郷に貢献出来たことも嬉しかったです。貴重な機会を頂き、お世話になりました皆様に、心から感謝申し上げます。
翌日、８月２日＝「ハープの日」は、２つの本番をはしご。午後の明照児童館では、子供達がとても熱心に演奏やお話を聞いてくれて、とても楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことが出来ました。やっぱり子供達と過ごす時間は特別ですね。 夜は鳥羽国際ホテルでのコンサート。こちらも無事に務めを終え、ホテルを出て帰路につこうとしたところで、なんと空に花火が上がって、しばしの花火鑑賞。まるで天から「２日間お疲れ様～。おめでとう！」って言われたかのようで、嬉しくなりました。
神宮での奉納演奏に始まり、とても充実した２日間。お世話になった皆様に、あらためて心から感謝申し上げます。
I was offered an honorable opportunity to give a dedicated performance at the great Isse Shrine on the 1st of August, the special day in Isse which is my hometown, and I decided to make that day I restart giving concert in pubic after 2 years of pause.
I played the harp in the holy forest, praying for the peace.
I was so happy and grateful being there, and I believe that it was not a coincidence that I happened to play there at this time of this year and that it became a turning point of my new life.
All my gratitude for the people who gave me this opportunity and who supported me.
On the next day, the 2nd of August, what we call the “Harp Day” in Japan, I had two concerts. In the early afternoon, I visited a children’s house in Isse with 2 harp, and had a great time with wonderful children. Then I went to Toba to give a small harp concert at the Toba International Hotel in the evening. When I was about to leave the hotel, there was a short display of fireworks and it was as if they congratulate me from the sky, which made me so happy. What a nice end of the two days
